Marvel’s The Avengers, Joss Whedon / Zak Penn

The Other orders Loki to go to Earth to get the powerful Tesseract back from S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., calls in the Avengers to defeat Loki and the army of Chitauri fighters helping him. Loki gets the Tesseract but plans first to use it to take control of Earth. Loki is the adopted brother of Thor, who protects the Earth. After a great battle, with many deaths, the Avengers win and Thor takes Loki and the Tesseract back home to Asgard.
